We’re looking for an Executive Producer

Spare Parts Puppet Theatre is seeking a full-time Executive Producer to join and lead our small, dedicated team in Fremantle.

The Executive Producer works closely with the Artistic Director / CEO and Board of Management and is ultimately responsible for the Company’s business operations and annual program delivery.

The successful applicant will have an ability to manage, ie, plan, organise, staff, coordinate and control the many activities and functions of the Company while also contributing to strategic planning processes. The position manages a team of three permanent staff plus casuals and contractors.   The position will suit applicants with the capability to hold an executive position and with the aspiration to develop into a CEO role.

The role requires an understanding of or experience in operations management, human resources, marketing and communications, financial management, fundraising, and producing. Experience working in the arts sector is required.
