Spare Parts Puppet Theatre is seeking a Project Manager to drive the delivery of Tom Vickers and the Extraordinary Adventure of his Missing  Sock – a new work in partnership with the WA Museum.

The Project Manager will work closely with the project team, including Spare Parts Puppet Theatre permanent staff, and is ultimately responsible for smooth delivery of the project, working closely with the Artistic Director / CEO and Executive Producer.

The successful applicant will have an ability to manage – plan, organise, staff, coordinate and control the many activities of the project. Some travel will be required. The role requires an understanding of or experience in project management including skills in budgeting and financial reporting, contracting and human resources.

Experience managing large-scale projects or projects with multiple partners is preferred. An understanding of the arts sector and in regional arts is also preferred.

This is a 0.5FTE role from November 2017 to June 2018. Hours will vary across the contract period and additional hours above the 0.5 FTE may be negotiated.
