About the work…
When Astro’s rocketship fails to launch, she is forced to pack up her dreams and move back in with Mum, Dad, and the astronaut figurines still waiting idly in her childhood bedroom. This breathtaking new work of magical realism will have you spinning through out of space adventures and crash-landing in dinner table arguments. At its core, this is a work about family, dreams, and how to grow up without becoming a grown up. Most importantly, it’s a work for those of us willing to reach for the stars.
